- Clearing and grubbing the area is approximately 10 ha.
- Surface water management, soil erosion and sediment controls as required.
- Clearing and grubbing of the site.
- Construction of compacted embankment (filling of excavated area) with material from approved borrow pit.
- Supply and Installation of HDPE fire water line, and all deep underground utilities.
- Supply and installation of landscaping materials.
- Supply and install all geo-fabrics and geo-cell products as shown on the construction drawings.
- Supply storm water and surface drainage control devices.
