SDC Services owners and project owners work side by side at every part of the process. We feel it’s important that leadership is always collaborating with project teams in the early stages of procurement, completing detailed contract reviews with our team’s specialists, proactive process and schedule management and throughout the duration of the project and detailed commissioning and turnover.

We create a formula for success that works for our clients and their priorities for their projects. We have refined our project management process and keep our clients updated at every stage of our work; the bottom line is we all need to focus on critical path schedules and budgets to keep business rolling smoothly. We know time is money, so we take extra care in the planning phase to meet our client’s needs.

How do we help each client and job consistently yet evenly? Simple; we develop project specific execution plans for each and every project. We always offer a plan that is flexible enough to see them through the changing winds of tomorrow and yet sturdy enough to weather current challenges in the construction industry. Our work isn’t always easy. Unexpected elements can affect the project timelines and bottoms lines. When this happens; we don’t offer an easy answer; we find the best answer for everyone involved we work through all challenges until the issues become opportunities. We work hard to minimize risk throughout the project but know how to handle the unexpected.
