Sustainable Developments Role: 120,000 square foot single story underground parkade, with multi phased excavations, by-pass pumping, complex detailed excavation(s). Some of the major constraints on this site included unforeseen contaminated soil, extremely congested work space and integrated scheduling with building trades on site.
